Where do your mangoes come from?
All our mangoes are freshly harvested from trusted farms in the Philippines, Davao and Manila, home to the world's sweetest mango, the Carabao mango. We work directly with local growers to make sure you get the real deal: fresh, juicy, and sweet.

How does pre ordering work?
We import our mangoes in limited, carefully timed batches. When you pre order, you're reserving your box before it arrives in Ireland. Once the shipment lands, we'll message you with delivery updates and tracking details.

How long does delivery take?
Once your mangoes arrive in Ireland and are dispatched, delivery usually takes 1-2 working days via An Post nationwide across mainland Ireland. We'll always share tracking info so you can follow your box from our door to yours.

How should i store my mangoes?
Keep them at room temperature to ripen naturally to your chosen preference. Once they're soft to the touch and smell sweet, pop them in the fridge to keep fresh for a few more days, if you wish to do so, or you can simply eat them straight away, either when they're sweet or green.

What if my mangoes arrive damaged?
We take great pride and care with packaging, and understand that this fresh fruit can be easily bruised and damaged during transit, however, we have implemented certain measures that prevents this from happening to the best we can. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We'll sort it out to make sure you're 100% happy.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes! We supply to restaurants, cafes, and Filipino stores across Ireland. If you're interested in bulk pricing or becoming a retail partner, or a reseller, contact us through our wholesale page or send us a DM on Facebook or Instagram.

Are your mangoes organic?
While our farms follow natural, sustainable farming practices, our mangoes are not yet officially certified organic. However, we ensure they're grown without harmful chemicals, and meet strict export standards.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards via our shopify powered checkout options. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Do you deliver outside Ireland?
Right now, we deliver within Ireland only.
