SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Last updated: August 2026

Our Commitment

At Island Mango, we take care to ensure that your fresh Philippine produce is packed and dispatched to reach you in the best possible condition. This policy explains how we handle delivery, what to expect, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Order Processing

Our products are fresh and imported directly from the Philippines. Orders are processed after each shipment arrives in Ireland and has been received and quality-checked by us.

We do not dispatch orders from standing stock in the same way as non-perishable goods. Processing and dispatch times will depend on when the shipment arrives and clears our quality checks. We will communicate dispatch information to you once your order is on its way.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Delivery Charges

A flat delivery charge of €15 applies per order. This charge covers delivery of orders up to 10kg.

If you have a query about an order that may exceed 10kg, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once dispatched, typical delivery times are:

Dublin: normally within 2 days.

Rest of Ireland: normally within 2–3 days

Northern Ireland: normally within 3 days

Delivery may be affected by courier delays, transport disruption, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will communicate significant delays where reasonably possible.

Our Courier

We currently use Deliver It for nationwide delivery across Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided by our courier once your order has been dispatched. Please check your confirmation email for tracking details. If you have not received tracking information and are concerned about your delivery, please contact us.

Delivery Responsibility

Your order remains our responsibility until you, or someone you nominate, takes physical possession of the goods. This applies regardless of which courier we use to transport your order.

Delayed Deliveries

If your order is delayed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will investigate the delay with our courier and keep you informed.

If fresh produce deteriorates as a result of a delivery delay, please contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the affected produce. We will assess the situation and work with you to find an appropriate resolution in accordance with your consumer rights.

Local Collection — Drogheda, Co. Louth
