Shipping policy

Shipping Methods
All orders are dispatched using An Post. We select the most suitable service based on parcel size, weight and destination. Domestic orders within the ROI usually delivered within 1-2 days.

Shipping Fees
Our fees are calculated based on An Post's rates plus packaging. Costs will be be displayed during checkout and order confirmation. We use a flat rate for shipping which remains the same across the island of Ireland.

Tracking & Proof of Delivery
Once you have placed and confirmed your order with us, we will then provide you with an up to date tracking number which will be given to you as soon as your order is shipped. 

Failed Deliveries & Returns to Sender
If An Post attempts delivery and no one is available, they will leave a notice and hold the parcel for collection. If the parcel is unclaimed and returned back to them, they may charge a re shipping fee or deduct postage costs from any refund.

Loss, Damage & Liability
We package all orders securely. Once your parcel has been handed to An Post, responsibility for delivery passes to the carrier.

Order Processing Time
We aim to make sure that all confirmed orders placed directly through us will be posted  within 1-2 days after the shipment arrives in Ireland. The orders will be taken to the local An Post office, early in the morning, giving more time and allows your order to be shipped the same day and arrive within 1-2 business days. We do our best to make sure that the whole process runs as smoothly as possible, without much delays.
