About Island Mango

Island Mango is an online retailer of fresh Philippine produce operating in Ireland. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. Payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel an order where a product is unavailable, where there has been a genuine pricing or listing error, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will provide an appropriate refund.

Pre-Orders

Some products may be available to pre-order before a shipment arrives in Ireland. Pre-orders are placed in advance of the relevant shipment.

If a pre-ordered product becomes unavailable or does not meet our quality standards when the shipment arrives, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a full refund or an alternative product where available.

Delivery

We deliver across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Our standard delivery charge is €15 per order for orders up to 10kg.

Typical delivery times after dispatch are:

• Dublin: normally within 2 days
• Rest of Ireland: normally within 2–3 days
• Northern Ireland: normally within 3 days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances such as courier delays, transport disruption or public holidays.

Local Collection

Local collection is available in Drogheda, Co. Louth where offered at checkout.

Collection arrangements and the collection timeframe will be communicated after the order is placed. As our products are fresh and perishable, customers should contact us as soon as possible if they cannot collect within the agreed timeframe.

Fresh Produce

Our products are natural agricultural produce. Individual fruits may naturally vary in size, shape, colour, appearance, firmness and ripeness.

Such natural variation does not mean that the product is defective where it otherwise meets the description and required quality standards.

Information about expected ripeness and recommended storage may be provided with or alongside products where appropriate.

Refunds, Returns & Quality Issues

Because our products are fresh and perishable, certain statutory cancellation rights that apply to ordinary non-perishable goods may not apply to fresh produce where an applicable legal exception applies.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights. If your order is damaged, spoiled, faulty, seriously defective or otherwise not as described, please contact us promptly so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy where required.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in euro (€). Applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

The price payable is the price confirmed at checkout.

Website Content & Intellectual Property

The Island Mango name, logo, branding, photographs, written content and other original website materials belong to Island Mango or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on our website will be the current version.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit, exclude or reduce any rights you have under applicable Irish or EU consumer protection law.

Where your statutory rights provide a remedy, those rights will apply.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you.
